1. Lestimé Chassagne-Montrachet “Chaumes” 2022
Caroline Lestimé is the winemaker (and daughter) at the famous Domaine Jean-Noël Gagnard in Chassagne. Through her necogiant label Caroline shows off her impressive cellar skills, turning purchased grapes into masterpieces. This is a classic from a terrific vintage.

2. Bohrmann St-Aubin “Champ Tirant” 2022
Sofie Bohrmann is a thoughtful and brilliant winemaker working in Meursault. Her careful oaking and vinification produce wines of immense concentration and clairty. This village level wine is mouthfilling and lush, without giving up a bit of tension.

3. Vieux Donjon Châteauneuf-du-Pape blanc 2022
White Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a rarity (<5% of the appellation), but for those in the know it’s a gem. A blend of mostly Roussane and Grenache blanc, this is aromatic and floral but with savory, earthy notes too. Serve in balloon glasses and consider decanting on ice.
