1. Amiot Morey-St-Denis 1er cru “Les Millandes” 2020
An exquisite red Burgundy from a terrific vintage, this wine combines the natural minerality of Morey-St-Denis with hot, dry vintage that produced wines of extreme concentration. The resulting wine is deep and inky but with tremendous energy and lift.
Details: inky dark Burgundian Pinot Noir from a top site in a town known for minerally wines

2. Donjon Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2020
The Vieux Donjon is among the best known names in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and for good reason. Their lone red cuvée is elegant and delicious, showing the warmth and generosity of a warm vintage, but with sophistication and subtle depth.

3. Bonnefond Côte Rôtie “Les Rochins” 2017
This pure syrah from the Northern Rhône Valley is the height of elegance. Now 6 years from harvest, this is aromatic and elegant, with notes of cloves, black pepper, blackberry and toast. Serve in a big glass and enjoy the nose.
