Collet Chablis 2022

Collet’s village level Chablis always offers excellent value. The 2022 vintage was a success in Chablis as it was in the Côte d’Or, with generous quantity and good ripeness.  As usual, Collet’s Chablis 2022 was vinified and raised in stainless steel. It is round and supple, with attractive lemon fruit and a nice mineral line. There’s a delicious dose of classic Chablisien stoniness alongside the fruit.
