The 2024 white wine is excellent. White Chateauneuf du Pape can have two lives: a first one in the few years after bottling where the fruit dominates, and after 7 or 8 years a second life in which the fruit evolves to confit and honey. This cuvée is a blend of clairette and bourboulenc, with notes of herbs and pear.
