Boursot Chambolle-Musigny 1er “Chatelots” 2017

The first, Chambolle 1er cru “Chatelots,” is from a small vineyard just next to the town. The vines sit in a creux (hollow) which traps heat during the summer and aides in ripening. Look for briary cherry and spice in the nose, with a touch of menthol. The mouth has lots of depth, and should improve for 6-8 years.
