Boyer-Martenot Meursault 1er cru “Perrières” 2018

Burghound 91-93: “An overtly floral nose exhibits notes of green apple, pear, iodine and a hint of mineral reduction. There is both excellent volume and mid-palate density to the utterly delicious flavors that exude a fine bead of minerality on the balanced and unusually powerful finish. This isn’t a classic rendition but it’s lovely anyway.”
Jancis Robinson: “This shows good minerality and steeliness on the nose as well as ripe nectarines. The acidity is there and runs right through the core of the wine, lifting the ripe sweet buttery fruit to the long layered finish.”
