Coutier Champagne Extra-Brut “Henri III” NV

The Coutier family has been rooted in Ambonnay since 1619, producing small-batch Champagnes exclusively from their own organic Grand Cru vineyards. Their wines capture the natural richness of this celebrated Pinot Noir village while remaining remarkably expressive, balanced, and true to the character of grower Champagne.

Henri III is an Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs made entirely from Pinot Noir, offering a signature expression of Ambonnay. The still wine spends a year in oak before eight years on the lees, giving the Champagne both precision and remarkable creaminess. Notes of wild flowers, hazelnut, and honey lead into a round, persistent palate with terrific clarity.
