The 2020 St-Aubin 1er “Murgers” is a refined and elegant wine with particularly nice balance. It is round but subtly so, with a solid core and supporting acidity that creeps in gently and carries the wine into a strikingly long finish. Look for notes of golden apples, stones, and almonds.
