Vincent’s Bourgogne blanc punches above its weight, benefiting from 20 months of élévage and his superb technique. It won’t have the exceptional character of his wines from the great terroirs, but it shows touches of refinement rarely seen in a Bourgogne — a hint of spice, a touch of mineral, and a lingering finish.
